Our Journey

2018
The Dream Begins
Marcus Johnson launched Wing Snob as a food truck in downtown Manhattan, serving his signature wings to curious New Yorkers willing to try something new.
2019
First Brick & Mortar
Opened our first permanent location at Columbus Circle. The 2,000 sq ft space allowed us to expand our menu and create the Wing Snob experience we envisioned.
2020
Adapting & Growing
Despite challenges, we launched delivery and takeout services, introduced meal kits, and maintained our commitment to quality while keeping our community fed.
2021
Award Recognition
Wing Snob was voted "Best Wings in NYC" by New York Food & Wine Magazine. We also launched our signature sauce line for retail.
